Every year when CoNexion comes around, I feel a little surge of excitement. For me, it’s more than just a conference—it’s a chance to be together with all of you, to learn, to celebrate, and to remind ourselves why we love this business so much.

In just a few weeks, we’ll gather at Universal Orlando Resort’s Sapphire Falls, and I can already picture the energy in the room. There’s nothing quite like walking into a space filled with familiar faces, new friends waiting to be made, and the buzz of people who are passionate about travel. The best part of CoNexion isn’t the agenda, as strong as it is—it’s the people. It’s the moments in between sessions when someone shares an idea that sparks something new in you. Of course, we’ll have incredible educational sessions, inspiring speakers, and opportunities to engage with our supplier partners. As always, you’ll leave with tools and insights to grow your business. But what I know from experience is that the memories you’ll treasure most are the ones rooted in camaraderie.
