One CoNexion, Limitless Connections

What a thrill it was to bring CoNexion 2026 to Orlando — and what a testament to the power of our community and shared purpose. I really couldn’t have been prouder to look out across that room of engaged, energetic travel professionals and supplier partners, all united by the common goal of elevating what’s possible in our industry.

From the very first general session to the final farewell, CoNexion delivered on everything we hoped it would — education, inspiration, connection, and yes, a bit of magic that only Orlando can deliver. We saw breakout workshops packed with actionable takeaways, our round-robins where advisors pitched ideas and sharpened strategies, and of course, those lively networking moments where relationships deepened and new partnerships formed. I specifically remember the trade show floor was brimming with creativity and opportunity, with partners eager to showcase their newest offerings and advisors hungry to explore how to bring better value to their clients.

One of the greatest joys for me is always getting to see so many new faces — advisors stepping into their first CoNexion, or who joined the Nexion family not long ago — confidently engaging, asking bold questions, and embracing the full spirit of this gathering. That’s exactly who we’re here to support: travel professionals striving to grow, evolve, and make a mark. The energy they brought lit up every corner of our event.

Naturally, there was also some bittersweetness to this particular conference, as it was the first one without our dearly departed friend and colleague, Robbi. As those of you who have been with Nexion for a while know well, Robbi always brought a tremendous amount of energy, wit and wisdom to these events. Whether he was wowing us all with his snappy suits or offering a more serious nugget of insight in a workshop, his presence always added an unquantifiable value to everything he attended. His absence was definitely felt, and we missed him dearly.

Of course, we didn’t forget to have fun, which is exactly what Robbi would have wanted. Orlando lent itself so beautifully — unforgettable evenings, laughter, impromptu conversations in hotel lobbies, and serendipitous connections that may shape launches, collaborations, or mentoring for years to come. Those seemingly small “in the margins” moments are often the ones we remember most.

As we look ahead to 2027 and beyond, my hope is that the spirit of CoNexion — of ambition, joy, connection — remains with us. Because we’re not just a network of travel advisors. We are builders of experiences, catalysts for dreams, and partners walking together into what’s next.

Thank you to every advisor, supplier and staffer who made CoNexion 2026 a success! Let’s carry this momentum forward — and see how far we can go, together.
