CoNexion 2026 in Austin is right around the corner, and as always, I’m looking forward to bringing our Nexion community together once again. One of my favorite things about CoNexion is that you can walk into a session expecting to learn something new, but then walk out with a new insight you didn’t even know you needed. You can start a casual conversation with a peer and walk away from it with an idea you can actually use in your business. It’s a chance to hear what’s happening across our industry, get a closer look at what’s ahead for Nexion, connect with our supplier partners and, just as importantly, spend time with other members who understand the business firsthand.

If you’re attending, I encourage you to come ready to participate, not just check sessions off your calendar. Ask questions, introduce yourself to someone new, compare notes and make time for the conversations that happen between sessions. Those informal exchanges are often where some of the best ideas come from.

And if Austin isn’t in the cards for you this year, please don’t let yourself believe you’re on the sidelines. There are plenty of ways to stay involved with Nexion throughout the year, including webinars, virtual trainings, supplier events and regional conferences just to name a few. Check out some of the events we still have planned for the rest of this year. We’re continuing to build more ways for you to get the information, connections and resources you need without having to be in the same room.

Whether I see you in Austin or at another event down the road, my message is the same: stay engaged. There’s always something happening, and there’s always a place for you in the conversation.
