Nexion is pleased to announce airline discounts with our airline supplier partners Air Canada, Delta Air Lines and United Airlines for travel to CoNexion 2026!

For our GDS users, you may book and ticket in your Nexion GDS. Do not issue in any other GDS outside of Nexion.

For our non-GDS users, please use SNAP! Book your reservation in SNAP! for your travel days and choose Book and Hold. Send an email to [email protected], and they will apply the correct discount for your ticket.

Nexion® has added an additional benefit for those who want to attend CoNexion. To take advantage of the Delta Air Lines discount, the following steps must be taken:

  • Make a reservation using SNAP and click BOOK AND HOLD or HOLD Depending on Version of SNAP you are using.
  • If you want to take advantage of the Delta Air Lines discount, you must put the following information in the Special Remarks field when making the reservation in SNAP: “This PNR qualifies for the DL discount for EVENT NAME”
  • Before pressing Purchase Ticket, send an email to [email protected] to confirm the discount and rate
  • Agents will be responsible for all exchange penalties and fees (if applicable)
  • As a reminder, there is no ticketing fee when you use SNAP

Inside, discover two restaurants, a Topgolf Swing Suite, an F45 Training studio, and a rooftop pool overlooking the city. Our very special rate is $199/night, plus tax, for single or double occupancy Run of House room and includes complimentary Wi-Fi in your sleeping room.

Due to the incredible demand for attendance at CoNexion, only confirmed and registered CoNexion attendees can book rooms, and only one room per advisor.

Booking instructions will be emailed out to registered attendees.

Travel Protection

As you should be selling travel protection to your customers, so should you purchase travel insurance to cover cancellations or unforeseen emergency situations.
