Paradise, Reimagined: Beaches Turks & Caicos Opens Treasure Beach Village

Beaches Turks & Caicos just unveiled its most spectacular addition yet — Treasure Beach Village, a $150 million oceanfront enclave nestled along the pristine sands of Grace Bay Beach that officially opened March 1, 2026.

The new village introduces 101 multi-bedroom suites designed for elevated family living, with the crown jewel being the Crystal Sky 4-Bedroom Reserve Villas — three-story oceanfront residences spanning over 2,600 square feet, sleeping up to 10 guests, complete with private pools and rooftop decks with telescopes for stargazing nights.

Dining reaches new heights with six new concepts, including the debut of Butch’s Island Chop House — a Beaches first — serving prime dry-aged steaks, fresh seafood, and an elevated mini-martini menu. The globally inspired Pinta Food Hall features four culinary stations and even Beaches’ first-ever live churro station.

At the heart of the village, a lagoon-style infinity-edge pool winds toward the sea, while the intimate 32-seat Starfish Cinema and sunken social pods invite guests to truly slow down and indulge.

Rates start at $1,060 per person per night, with a limited-time Grand Opening Offer providing up to $500 in instant credits on select stays booked by May 31, 2026.
