Transportation, hotel and airline fees are the responsibility of each CoNexion attendee.

Hotel Accommodations

Disneyland Hotel

We have a block of rooms reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis at the Disneyland Hotel which will be announced at a later date.

Our negotiated rate starts at $204/night plus taxes for one to four guests per room. A 1-night credit card deposit is required at the time of booking.

As of July 15, our $204 rate is sold out, but we were able to secure a limited number of rooms at an incredible rate of $279. If you do need a room, please email conexion@nexion.com and they can provide you with the booking link.

The room includes local phone calls, wireless internet, fitness center access and the newspaper on weekdays (subject to change).

 

Parking & Transportation

 

The onsite Overnight Self-Parking is discounted at $15/night for CoNexion attendees.

No voucher/ticket will be needed to park your vehicle onsite. The parking team has been advised of the CoNexion conference and the contracted rate. If you are driving in for the day (or each day), you will want to let the Cast Member at the parking kiosk know you are with CoNexion to receive the special rate. If you are staying overnight at the hotel for the conference, you should have no issues and should not have to alert the parking kiosk. Disney has shared this rate for the room block reservations to the Front Desk and your hotel key will allow you to enter/exit the parking lot as needed.

Please note that there are no complimentary airport transfers available. Please book your own transportation.

Airline Discounts

Nexion is pleased to announce airline discounts with our airline supplier partners Air Canada, Delta Air Lines and United Airlines for travel to Southern California for CoNexion 2022!

For our GDS users, you may book and ticket in your Nexion GDS. Do not issue in any other GDS outside of Nexion.

For our non-GDS users, please use SNAP! Book your reservation in SNAP! for your travel days and choose Book and Hold. Send an email to snap@nexion.com, and they will apply the correct discount for your ticket.

Nexion has added an additional benefit for those who want to attend CoNexion. To take advantage of the Delta Air Lines discount, the following steps must be taken:

  1. Make a reservation using SNAP! and click BOOK AND HOLD.
  2. If you are wanting to take advantage of the Delta Air Lines discount, you must put the following information in the Special Remarks field when making the reservation in SNAP!: “This PNR qualifies for the DL discount for CoNexion.”
  3. Before pressing Purchase Ticket, send an email to snap@nexion.com to confirm the discount and rate.
  4. Agents will be responsible for all exchange penalties and fees (if applicable).
  5. As a reminder, there is no ticketing fee when you use SNAP!
