Airline Discounts

Nexion is pleased to announce airline discounts with our airline supplier partners Air Canada, Delta and United Airlines for travel to Florida for CoNexion 2023!

For our GDS users, you may book and ticket in your Nexion GDS. Do not issue in any other GDS outside of Nexion.

For our non-GDS users, please use SNAP! Book your reservation in SNAP! for your travel days and choose Book and Hold. Send an email to snap@nexion.com, and they will apply the correct discount for your ticket.

Discount Level: Varies by booking code

  • 10% Discount – J, C, D, I, Y

  • Advance purchase: 21 days before travel.
  • No discount combinations. Not valid for Basic Economy.

  • Fare can be stored in your Nexion GDS using account code NM28P
  • Sabre example: WPRQ¥ADL¥KP0¥AC*NM28P  (Will reflect ticket designator NG2C5 once stored.)
  • Must include OSI DL NM28P

Do not issue in any other GDS outside of Nexion

FOR NON-GDS/SNAP! USERS:

Nexion® has added an additional benefit for those who want to attend CoNexion. To take advantage of the Delta Air Lines discount, the following steps must be taken:

  • Make a reservation using SNAP! and click BOOK AND HOLD.
  • If you want to take advantage of the Delta Air Lines discount, you must put the following information in the Special Remarks field when making the reservation in SNAP!: “This PNR qualifies for the DL discount for CoNexion”
  • Before pressing Purchase Ticket, send an email to snap@nexion.com to confirm the discount and rate
  • Agents will be responsible for all exchange penalties and fees (if applicable)
  • As a reminder, there is no ticketing fee when you use SNAP!
