CoNexion requires an application process so we can verify all attendees are active Nexion Travel Group members in good standing. Due to the limited capacity, we want to maximize the number of advisors that can attend. If you are not approved initially, you will automatically be added to the waitlist. The waitlist is reviewed regularly to clear more advisors as space permits.

The dress code during CoNexion functions is business casual; however, please remember to bring a sweater or jacket, as temperatures may vary in conference rooms.

You may apply through Summer 2026, or until the conference fills to capacity, whichever comes first. If sold out, please join the waitlist as we clear it as often as possible. Please note that the waitlist may close early.
If you cancel by 5/18/26 you will receive a full refund. If you cancel 5/19/26 or later, no refund will be issued. If you do cancel and have booked a hotel or transportation, don’t forget to cancel that as well.
CoNexion will be at full capacity; therefore, we won’t be allowing guests to attend official CoNexion functions to ensure that we have space for as many Nexion advisors as possible.
The conference registration fee covers your basic conference attendance fee, meals during most general sessions, all workshops, general sessions and supplier round-robins. It also allows access to the Supplier Partner Trade Show, as well as the special events to be announced later.
Yes! To participate in any workshop, general session or special event, including meal functions, you must be registered. Workshops and supplier round-robin registration will open in summer 2026. An email will be sent to you when it is time to register.
You may log back into the registration system using your confirmation number and make modifications until late August 2026. If you no longer have your confirmation number, click on REGISTER and then click on the “Already Registered?” link.

For advisors that are parking at the hotel AND staying on site as part of our special group block, you will receive a 25% discount off the prevailing self-parking rates. Advisors not staying as part of the room block will park at prevailing self-parking rates.
