If you have a General Session presentation, please read the following information closely as it offers instructions and due dates. Download the General Session Speaking Schedule here.

ADM Productions (Nexion’s production company for CoNexion) will email you a direct link to upload all your General Session files.

Label ALL files with your company name.

Presenters Form: Please have this completed by Friday, July 25, 2026.

Upon completion of the Presentation Questionnaire, ADM will provide you with an upload link. Please save the link and use it to transfer your final (General Session only) assets with ADM.

Presentations and Videos

Presentations are handled by an external production team and are DUE Wednesday, August 12, 2026. This is a firm date

  • All presentations must be submitted in a 16:9 ratio and as a .pptx file type.
  • Do not embed videos into the PowerPoint file. Please submit videos separately and in advance for quality control and include a placeholder slide within the presentation file to indicate where the video should play.
    • Prepare your separate video file as follows: .mp4, 1920 x 1080 pixels, Stereo 48kHz, MP4 (H.264) at 25Mbps Compression for the highest quality.

PLEASE NOTE, ADM Productions will send you a special link to upload your General Session Presentation. Do not upload the presentation and video to the links on this page.

AUDIO, SCRIPTS AND SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

Photos

6 to 8 hi-res photos (.png, .jpg) representing your brand in both portrait and landscape orientation. These photos will be used to design your stage background for General Session.

Rehearsals

ADM Productions will be reaching out to you directly to schedule your General Session Rehearsal times after you have completed your General Session Presentation Form. If you have any known scheduling conflicts during CoNexion that could impact your rehearsal or presentation time, please email [email protected] as soon as possible with your request/information.

Preferred Partner Educational Workshops

Sponsored workshops are 60 minutes in length. Download the workshop schedule.

Room Setup: All rooms will be set Classroom style, with the screen and podium in front of the room with a microphone.

Attendance: Workshop attendance can vary based on how many advisors choose your workshop. They can hold up to 75 attendees.

Presentation Specifications: Upload your PowerPoint (.pptx) files in a 16:9 ratio. No other formats will be accepted. Due to current IT security restrictions, presentations will not be accepted onsite via USB drive and personal laptops will not be allowed.

Workshop Materials: A special label will be provided if you need to ship materials for your workshop or General Session.

CoNexion is dedicating over two hours to the supplier partner trade show, giving our industry-leading travel advisors and trusted supplier partners plenty of time to network. The trade show is open to all Nexion Travel Group Supplier Partners.

Cost

Please check with your industry relations representative to see if the cost to participate as a Trade Show Exhibitor is included in your 2025 Marketing Plan.

To participate as a Trade Show Exhibitor only, the cost is $6,000.  This allows you access to our travel advisors all 3 days of CoNexion, a 6′ long table in the table top Trade Show, listing on the website, mobile app and in the program booklet and one representative. This does not include your hotel accommodations.
