Hello Nexion Members,

Most of you have probably heard by now, but if you weren’t in the audience at CoNexion or at the latest Member Town Hall, here’s the big news: I am retiring. After over 40 years in the travel industry, I have chosen to begin the next phase of my life. Being President of Nexion has brought me incredible joy, and much of that has been from the relationships I have developed with you. Being able to help travel advisors build their businesses, serve their clients and support their families has been a true privilege. I will miss everyone, but Nexion is in a position of strength, and it is the right time to step aside.

My official retirement won’t occur until Spring 2027, so you can expect everything to remain as it is until then. We will bring on a new President at that time, and Internova leadership is actively looking for the right person to lead Nexion into the future.

I hope you know that Nexion is always committed to your success, no matter who happens to be at the helm of our company. The things you value about your Nexion membership won’t change. You’ll have the same great products, partners, services, and team—just minus one. A host agency is made up of far more than one person, and I know that Nexion will continue to thrive far into the future and be the independent advisor’s best option for profitability, education and community. I am so incredibly proud of what we have built together, and this is just the beginning of Nexion’s next chapter.
