New Orleans Travel Advisor VIP Pass

New Orleans & Company is pleased provide certified travel advisors attending the CoNexion Conference in New Orleans with an exclusive VIP Pass. With the digital VIP Pass you can experience the vibrant, ever-welcoming city first-hand. Along with your travel advisor business card, the VIP Pass will grant access to exclusive discounts and offers at restaurants and other popular attractions in New Orleans.

To request the travel advisor VIP Pass during the conference dates, please click HERE. The form is required at least 2 weeks prior to the arrival date and only one VIP Pass will be issued per professional each year. All approved passes will be sent to the travel advisor via email to use digitally during their visit and the pass can be used for a maximum of 5 consecutive days.

Airline Discounts

Nexion is pleased to announce airline discounts with our airline supplier partners Air Canada, Delta and United Airlines for travel to CoNexion 2024!

For our GDS users, you may book and ticket in your Nexion GDS. Do not issue in any other GDS outside of Nexion.

For our non-GDS users, please use SNAP! Book your reservation in SNAP! for your travel days and choose Book and Hold. Send an email to snap@nexion.com, and they will apply the correct discount for your ticket.

Nexion® has added an additional benefit for those who want to attend CoNexion. To take advantage of the Delta Air Lines discount, the following steps must be taken:

  • Make a reservation using SNAP! and click BOOK AND HOLD.
  • If you want to take advantage of the Delta Air Lines discount, you must put the following information in the Special Remarks field when making the reservation in SNAP!: “This PNR qualifies for the DL discount for CoNexion”
  • Before pressing Purchase Ticket, send an email to snap@nexion.com to confirm the discount and rate
  • Agents will be responsible for all exchange penalties and fees (if applicable)
  • As a reminder, there is no ticketing fee when you use SNAP!

Our host hotel is the wonderful Hilton New Orleans Riverside. Our very special rate is $189/night plus tax for single or double occupancy Run of House room and includes complimentary Wi-Fi in your sleeping room.

If you would like to guarantee your sleeping room to be in the main tower that is closest to the meeting space, you can can select the Premium room option at $239/night plus tax, which also confirms a higher floor in the hotel as well.

Parking

There is a garage connected to the hotel, which will offer overnight guests a discounted rate of $22.

Travel Protection

As you should be selling travel protection to your customers, so should you purchase travel insurance to cover cancellations or unforeseen emergency situations.
