WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE FOR CONEXION?
The dress code during CoNexion functions is business casual; however, please remember to bring a sweater or jacket, as temperatures may vary in conference rooms.

You bet! Just like your business, CoNexion evolves yearly to meet your ever-changing needs. This year’s CoNexion is better than ever and will showcase engaging workshops, dynamic industry leaders and surprises.
WHEN IS THE LAST DAY TO REGISTER FOR CONEXION?
Although CoNexion is sold-out, you may waitlist through Summer 2024, or until the conference fills to capacity, whichever comes first. Please note that the waitlist may close early.
WHEN IS THE LAST DAY TO CANCEL CONEXION?
If you cancel by 5/31/24 you will receive a full refund. If you cancel 6/1/24 or later, no refund will be issued. If you do cancel and have booked a hotel or transportation, don’t forget to cancel that as well.
CAN I REGISTER A GUEST?
CoNexion will be at full capacity; therefore, we won’t be allowing guests to attend official CoNexion functions to ensure that we have space for as many Nexion advisors as possible.
WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE CONFERENCE FEE?
The conference registration fee covers your basic conference attendance fee, meals during most general sessions, all workshops, general sessions and supplier round-robins. It also allows access to the Supplier Partner Trade Show, as well as the special events to be announced later.
DO I HAVE TO REGISTER FOR WORKSHOPS, GENERAL SESSIONS, SPECIAL EVENTS AND MEAL FUNCTIONS TO ATTEND THEM?
Yes! In order to participate in any workshop, general session or special event, including meal functions, you must be registered. Workshops and supplier round-robin registration will open in summer 2024. An email will be sent to you when it is time to register.
HOW DO I VIEW/MODIFY/CANCEL MY CONFERENCE REGISTRATION?
You may log back into the registration system using your confirmation number and make modifications until late August 2024. If you no longer have your confirmation number, click on REGISTER and then click on the “Already Registered?” link.

WHAT ARE TRANSFER OPTIONS TO/FROM THE HOTEL?

IF I AM DRIVING TO THE CONFERENCE HOTEL, WHAT ARE THE PARKING OPTIONS?
There is a garage connected to the hotel, which will offer overnight guests a discounted rate of $22.
WHEN CAN I BOOK MY SLEEPING ROOM FOR CONEXION?
We will send an email out to all registered CoNexion attendees in the spring inviting them to reserve their sleeping rooms. Our CoNexion room block will be open until August 15, 2024 or the block sells out.
HOW DO I MODIFY/CANCEL MY HOTEL RESERVATION?
