Video Contest Rules

NO PURCHASE OR SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

  1. Sponsor. Nexion Travel Group ("Sponsor").
  2. Eligibility. Open to active Nexion host agency members who are legal residents of the United States and at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees and officers of Sponsor and its supplier partners, and their immediate family members, are not eligible.
  3. Contest Period. The contest begins on May 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM CT and ends on May 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM CT ("Contest Period").
  4. How to Enter.

    Social Media Entry:

    • Post a video to Facebook or Instagram during the Contest Period
    • Tag @nexionllc (Facebook) or @nexion_llc (Instagram)
    • Use the hashtag #MyNexionStory
    • Videos must be your original content, no longer than 2 minutes, and posted from a public or accessible account
    • The video must feature you discussing your personal success story with Nexion, encourage others to become a travel advisor, or debunk a myth about becoming a travel advisor

    Free Alternative Entry: You may enter without a social media account by emailing your video to [email protected] during the Contest Period with the subject line "My Nexion Story Entry." The same content requirements apply.

    Limit one entry per person regardless of method. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or that violate these rules will be disqualified.

  5. Judging. Entries will be judged by a panel selected by Sponsor based on the following criteria: (a) authenticity and quality of the success story (50%), and (b) production quality and creativity (50%). The panel's decisions are final. This is a skill-based contest; winners are not selected by random drawing.
  6. Prizes.

    Delta Air Lines Prizes:

    • One (1) $300 Delta travel voucher
    • Two (2) Delta Sky Club passes. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $695 per year and $50 per visit.

    Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash alternative. Sponsor and its supplier partners reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winners are solely responsible for any applicable taxes.

  7. Likeness Release and Content License. By submitting an entry, you grant Sponsor and its affiliates a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, and publish your name, likeness, voice, and video content in any media, including but not limited to paid advertising on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Sponsor's website, email marketing, and other promotional channels. This grant applies regardless of whether you are selected as a winner. You represent that your entry is original, that you have full authority to grant these rights, and that your entry does not infringe the rights of any third party.
  8. FTC Disclosure. If your entry is selected for use in paid advertising, Sponsor may add disclosures to the content indicating your participation in this contest. Winners and featured participants agree to cooperate with any reasonable disclosure requirements under the FTC Endorsement Guides.
  9. Publicity. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes consent to Sponsor's use of the winner's name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
  10. Release of Liability. By entering, you release Sponsor, its supplier partners (Delta Air Lines), and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising out of participation in the contest, acceptance or use of any prize, or the use of your entry as described in Section 7.
  11. General Conditions. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the contest.
  12. Governing Law. This contest is governed by the laws of the State of New York.
  13. Privacy. Information collected from entrants will be used by Sponsor to administer the contest. See Privacy Policy.
  14. Winner Notification. Winners will be notified by [email protected] within 15 days after the Contest Period ends.
