Qualifying Factors TO ATTEND the 2026 LUXURY SALES SUMMIT

Sales Criteria:
The first qualifying factor for attending Nexion’s 2026 Luxury Sales Summit is a minimum of $400,000 luxury and upper premium sales made with Nexion Preferred Partners, as detailed below, during the preceding 12-month period at time of application. Sales must be entered into AgentMate (US) or ClientBase (CA) within the noted timeline to qualify.

Example of qualifying timeline: If applying on February 23, 2026, Nexion will review your posted luxury and upper premium sales made between February 1, 2025, and January 31, 2026.

Nexion’s Preferred Partners
The second qualifying factor for attending Nexion’s 2026 Luxury Sales Summit requires sales must be with any of Nexion’s Luxury and Upper Premium Preferred Partners listed here, with further consideration noted as follows.

We will consider luxury sales made with other Nexion preferred partners not listed on the attachment if advisor provides specific details for our review. Since not all sales made with our other preferred partners are luxury sales, we do not have a way to run reports to identify luxury bookings. For that reason, advisors will need to enter information on your luxury bookings onto this Excel spreadsheet as outlined and submit at time of application.

Examples of other luxury sales: Fairmont Kea Lani Resort booked through Delta Vacations or The Yacht Club booked through MSC Cruises.

Only provide other luxury sales if it will help you reach the minimum requirement. Advisors who meet the minimum sales requirement through bookings made with our luxury and upper premium partners do not need to provide additional information.

Note: Nexion does not count sales made with non-preferred partners.

Advisors New to Nexion within the last 12 months: for any advisors who recently joined Nexion (under 12 months) and are a luxury seller, if you have proof of luxury and upper premium sales with your previous agency or host, you are invited to apply if you can provide proof of your luxury and upper premium sales for our review and consideration.

Note: we will count any qualifying sales made with Nexion since joining, as well as those made with your previous agency/host during the same previous 12-month period at time of application, if approved. All sales, regardless of where booked, must be with a listed Nexion preferred luxury and upper premium partner.

The $229 event registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Nexion Travel Group has a room block at the discounted rate of $409.00 plus taxes per night. There is also a daily resort fee of $40 per night along with other ancillary fees. Discounted rates are available for the nights of November 7-12, 2026. Qualified advisors approved to attend the 2026 Luxury Sales Summit will receive the hotel booking instructions within the registration confirmation email.
